The theme this month is Imagination. Our ability to imagine is a powerful, wonderous thing! We can imagine creating a better world. Our imaginations can also "run away with us" and bring fear, anxiety, and worry. How can we use our imaginations to fully develop our inherent goodness and possibility? To create a world we long to live in? To invent new things and make good trouble.

Heart Space: Imagine, If You Will…

Evening Worship returns! In this dynamic, all-ages worship, we will experiment and play with different ways to be in a reverent community together. While we are still online, we’ll listen to music, listen to words, explore, and experiment. Rev. Matthew will join us for some creative play as he leads us in Laughter Yoga. If you’ve always wanted to try it, here’s your chance. Please join us!

 

The room opens at 6:15pm for some social time and a heart-felt worship to follow at 6:30pm.

A Special Message From Our Social Justice Team

 

FAIR ELECTIONS INITIATIVE

According to a recent email from the national group Common Cause, “Far-right extremists in the Arizona legislature are pushing through a series of the most egregious anti-voter bills we’ve ever seen.” A new citizen’s initiative is aimed at stopping these laws, but we must get enough signatures in just over three months. There will be someone on the patio after church each Sunday with this important petition as well as the other petitions aligned with our UU principals. Please make signing all these petitions a priority and bring friends and family with you. Contact Margo Newhouse This email address is being protected from spambots. How to Give to the Church

 

You are asked to use our credit card service (which can be reached by the link or the On-line Giving button on our website), the very easy to use Text-to-Give (1-833-361-5796), or checks may be sent to the office. The on-line giving gives you the option to identify the contribution and use the memo line for checks. A tutorial video on Text-to-Give is here. After setting up an initial “profile” these options are easy to use for subsequent donations.
