SAZCUUPS March 2020
SPRING EQUINOX RITUAL INFORMATION
In this time of social distancing, we know it is important to continue our traditions without gathering together physically. SoSouthern Arizona CUUPS will be celebrating the Spring Equinox online this year. Druid David Foster will be leading our ritual via Zoom on Thursday, March 19.
In order to join us, you’ll need to download the Zoom app to your device and set up an account. You can then join our meeting by inputting our Meeting ID: 823 936 4868.
The room will open at 6:15pm Arizona time and the ritual will start at 6:30pm. We will use the chat function to greet each other and to ask any questions.
Here are some things you can do to prepare for the ritual –
Set up a candle and lighter or matches to light your own chalice.
Gather items to make offerings to the Ancestors, Nature Spirits, and Gods and Goddesses. You might want toast using a favorite beverage, have a treat for your pet, and have a bowl available for other offerings. David will show us how to make these offerings.
We will have an online way for you to make a monetary offering to the church, if you are able to help support us in that way.
We hope you will join us as we turn the Wheel of the Year. It will be good to be together.
