Dr. Oscar Martinez

The war on drugs and the criminalization of drug use has resulted in an explosion of drug related violence and anarchy in Mexico, particularly in the border towns with the US.  Dr. Martinez, an author and academic studying the border towns, discusses the history and recent evolution to unprecedented level of violence in his home town of Cuidad Juarez.
