What is community building and community organizing? How does a neighborhood or community become sustainable and confront injustice? Community organizer Cesar Lopez of "Tierra y Libertad", whom UUCT gave a "Courageous Love" Award to last month, will discuss the dynamic projects and programs they are creating to build a sustainable community and support immigrant families. Our beloved Tom Clowes, formerly of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, will perform compositions by Latin American composers on the cello. Don't miss it!
